I loved your use of VoiceThread. I especially liked the fact that you not only had students explaining real problems, you had another teacher explaining the process. So, students can see what they missed in class if they were absent or get additional help if they don't understand a concept. Unfortunately, I still don't understand quadratic equations - I think it's too late for me!
